In order to better meet the needs of customers, the phase I project of the Fengshu Textile Science and Technology Park project will be completed in 2020. At present, the ninth production workshop Yongfu plant have been put into trial operation, which will increase the production scale by 50,000 spindles and reach a total of 250,000 spindles, which also marks a new journey for the development of Fengshu.

Fengshu Textile Science and Technology Park is a modern textile project that integrates high-end intelligent spinning, new material research and development, new process design and new technology application, with production workshop, office building, R&D and exhibition center, processing center and other ancillary facilities. After the completion of the project, the total production scale of Fengshu will reach 500,000 spindles, which will enable Fengshu to meet more diversified and customized needs and provide better products and services to customers.

Since the commissioning of workshop nine, the staff of the production line have been working diligently, skillfully operating each process and carefully observing the operation of the equipment, and the daily production of yarn is tested by the quality and technical departments to adjust the machines and raw materials according to the testing values, in order to produce sewing thread products of better quality.

For 30 years, Fengshu has been deeply involved in the field of spinning and twisting yarns. From a rural enterprise with a production scale of 3,500 spindles to a brand enterprise with a production scale of 250,000 spindles by 2020, Fengshu has actively explored the sewing thread industry and new technologies related to yarn spinning to provide more value to our customers.
