On the morning of October 20th, Fengshu held the opening ceremony of the 2020 Operation Skill Competition. 79 contestants from 13 teams participated in this match.
Chen Cuiping, a member of the Party Group of the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, and Fan Guozhen, a member of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech. On behalf of the District Federation of Trade Unions, she paid high tribute to the employees who worked hard in various positions of the company. She pointed out that the competition can stimulate the enthusiasm and creativity of employees' work, which was able to promote the continuous improvement of economic benefits and management level of enterprises.
Chen Xiaolin, general manager of Fengshu, said that this competition was not only a demonstration of the skill level of employees, but also a test of the skill level of employees. He hoped that the employees could study hard and provided valuable wealth for promoting the survival and development of enterprises.
There are 13 events in this competition, including twisting, spinning etc. The competition will hold from October 20th to the end of November. Through the competition, the skill and efficiency of the employees are further promoted, so as to meet customers’ higher requirements faster.
